No Return, No Refund Policy

3. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may offer an exchange or a store credit for the value of the defective item, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. We will not issue refunds for any damaged or defective items.

4. Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges, except in cases where a product is defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product if you believe your item is defective.
